Property Development & Investment

Details of the site, property or development that you submit will be carefully considered and submitted to the company thought most suitable to pursue it.

We will inspect suitable properties and make such enquiries as are necessary to evaluate the feasibility of the development or investment;

If we believe the scheme to be viable, we will submit an offer which will be subject to contract. The offer may also need to be subject to other conditions relating to planning, services, environmental investigation and similar.

Following acceptance of an offer, solicitors will be instructed to deal with any further investigations/enquiries that may be required.

Should the cost of further investigation or enquiry be substantial, the purchase contract will be conditional upon a satisfactory outcome to these enquiries so that both parties can be confident of the sale proceeding once outstanding issues have been resolved.

Finance

Finance can be made available for commercial property development and investment projects.  Funds are normally sourced through the main clearing banks, although a limited amount of private funding is also available.

We do not offer or advice on financial investment products, personal loans or finance secured on private residential property. All transactions are subject to written confirmation and contract.
